Pastor William Dawson, who serves as Senior Pastor of Spirit of Life Community Adventist Fellowship, has an extensive background in ministry. He received the Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology with a minor in History from Oakwood College in Huntsville, Alabama. Later he received the Master of Divinity from Andrews University Seminary in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Pastor Dawson is working on a Master of Business Administration degree as well as a Doctor of Ministry program. He has been active in fulltime ministry since June of 1980. Pastor Dawson is known as a gifted, dynamic and exciting teacher, and a serious bible expositor. He has given seminars and bible conferences in most major cities of the United States as well as Ghana, West Africa, where he trained over 200 pastors and leaders. During various times in ministry, Pastor Dawson and Spirit of Life were responsible for employing 14 to 17 fulltime pastors overseas in the nations of Ghana and Kenya. Pastor Dawson has also conducted revivals and ministered in Bermuda, New Zealand, Australia and Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is married to the former Cassia Coll, his partner in ministry. They have three sons. Pastor Dawson and family currently live in Gardena, California.
